世界发达国家都非常重视职业教育,也很重视职教师资的培养。其中一些关于师资培养的宝贵经验很值得我们借鉴。本文通过对一些主要的发达国家职教师资队伍建设的特点分析从而得出一些对我国职教师资培养的一些启示。
