摘要
当前高校教师教育技术培训效果未能令人满意,其原因主要是缺乏有效的培训机制、部分受训教师思想被动以及培训内容单一等。针对培训现状,应该采取统一认识、构建机制、理论和实践相结合以及分层培训、考核评价等措施,切实提高高校教师应用现代教育技术进行教学活动的能力。
Present Training of pedagogical techniques in higher education is not so satisfactory, which is due to the weak points such as the lack of effective institutionalization, passive learners and monotonous content. To solve the problems, reaching a common understanding and constructing the effective institutionalization as well as training on different levels are suggested to cultivate teachers' operational capability of modem pedagogical techniques.
