社区工厂流动未婚女性生殖健康与护理干预措施依从性调查研究

The investigation and analysis about the reproducted health status and compliance of nursing intervention study of fluid unmarried females in community factory

目的:为了解流动未婚女性生殖健康与干预措施依从性的关系,为实施有效的护理干预提供理论依据。方法:采用问卷调查法,对东莞市社区工厂1 300名流动未婚女性的生殖健康知识获取途径以及护理干预措施依从性之间的关系进行调查分析。结果:674人有性行为史,占调查人群的51.8%;妇科不适症状的发生率为38.6%;社区工厂未婚女青年对生殖道感染相关知识和避孕知识的理解及知晓率仍较低,为58.4%;主要通过报刊杂志、网络及医院咨询门诊3种途径获取生殖健康知识;生殖健康服务方式中受查人员对医院专科咨询门诊的指导干预依从性最高。结论:社区工厂未婚流动女性的生殖健康状况存在较多问题,对生殖健康及性保健知识和性病的认识相对薄弱,针对该流动人群文化程度低、工作时间长,学习方式不方便等特点,并根据对医务人员指导依从性最高的情况,积极开展有效的社区指导以及其他多种形式的健康指导,以提高流动女性的生殖保健水平。

Objective： To understand the reproducted health status of fluid unmarried females,and the relation with compliance of nursing intervention study existed in reproducted health,to provide the theory according to practice nursing intervention.Methods：We use the questionnaire survery method,to carry out an investigation about the way to obtain repro ducted health knowledge and compliance of nursing intervention study of 1 300 fluid unmarried females in community factory.Results： 674 person had the history of sexual behavior,the rate was 51.8%.The incidence rate of complaint symptoms was 38.6%.The apprehension and realization rate of knowledge about genital duct infection and contraception were still low,was 58.4%.They mainly obtained reproducted health knowledge through three ways compliance was seeked advice from clinic consulted service in hospital.Conclusion： Many newspaper and magazine,internet and clinic consulted service in hospital.The highest modality about reproducted health questions existed in fluid unmarried females in community factory,the recognition of reproducted health and sexual health protection and veneral disease were so poor,suggest to develop many kinds of comprehensiveness education,to raise the level of reproducted health care of fluid unmarried females.
