我院2009年抗菌药物应用情况分析

Antibiotic usage in our hospital in 2009

目的:通过调查本院2009年度的抗菌药物使用情况,并对其使用合理性进行分析。方法:随机抽查2009年1～12月本院住院病历557份,分析用药频率及联合用药情况。结果:本院使用抗菌药物6大类20多个品种,抗菌药物使用率为70.7%,联合用药率为12%。细菌培养送检率为71.3%;药敏实验率为23.7%。用药频率最高的抗菌药物为头孢菌素类,其次为青霉素类。结论:本院住院患者抗菌药物应用率偏高,需加强抗菌药合理应用与规范化管理。

Objective： To investigate the usage of antibiotic drugs in our hospital in 2009,and evaluate it＇s appropriateness.Methods： Randomly retrieved records of 557 case that had been hospitalized form January 2009 until December,analyzed the frequency of antibiotic usage and application of combination drug therapy.Results： 6 types and 20 generic names of antibiotics were used in our hospital,70.7% of all patients were given antibiotic treatment,among which,12% used combination therapy.Bacterial culture specimens were taken from 71.3% of patients with drug sensitivity test rate of 23.7%.The most frequently administered antibiotic was cephalosporins,followed by penicillins.Conclusion：Antibiotic are frequently used in our hospital.There is a need to strengthen the appropriate usage of antibiotic usage and standard management.
