Experimental study on micro-scale filling capacity of semi-solid material

摘要 为了研究半固态材料在微尺度下的充型能力,设计并加工了锥形槽微型模具。使用ZL101铝合金材料,将径向断面填充面积比作为评价参数,分析模具槽宽尺寸、成形温度对半固态微尺度充型能力的影响。试验表明,在半固态温度区间挤压成形,在流动性上没有出现固态金属所表现出的"尺度效应"。 In order to study the micro-scale filling capacity of semi-solid material,a kind of micro V-grooved die is designed and fabricated.The ZL101 alloy is selected as the experimental material.The effect of the width of grooves,forming temperature,and force on the micro-scale filling capacity is investigated using the inflowing area to section ratio as the evaluation parameter.The result shows there is no size effect at the semisolid temperature.
