利用模具过压技术解决U形螺栓的平行度问题

摘要 常规方法加工U形螺栓需通过2次矫正才能保证两侧的平行度要求。该文介绍了过压U形螺栓成形模具结构及其工作原理,分析了U形螺栓成形时其弯曲变化的情况。成形模具利用独特的过压设计,抵消了工件的应力反弹,实现了U形螺栓一次成形的目标,证实了利用模具过压技术完全可以解决U形螺栓的平行度问题。 To ensure the parallel degree requirement on both sides of the U bolt,the second correction is necessary in the traditional process.In this article,the structure of over-pressing forming mould of U bolts and its operating principle is described and the bending progress of U bolts is analyzed.By utilizing the unique over-pressing design,the stress reaction of the parts is canceled out and the goal of one-step forming is achieved.It indicates that the parallel problem of U-bolts can be completely solved by over-pressing technology.
