钟形壳成形工艺改进 被引量:3

摘要 钟形壳是等速万向节中的重要零件,其内腔弧形滚道形状复杂,成形困难。采用温锻与冷精整联合挤压相结合的方法,实现了锻件的成形。通过有限元模拟,分析了反挤成形的流动情况,对成形工艺方案进行了改进,同时考虑了温锻后锻件的冷却收缩,将收缩量由0.75%改为0.4%。工艺试验后获得了较为理想的锻件,证明改进后的工艺使产品质量和精度都得到了显著的提高。 Spherical housing is one of the most important parts in CVJ.It is hard to be formed because of the complicated internal arc raceways.Through the combining processes of warm forging and cold sizing,the spherical housing part was formed.The backward extrusion was analyzed by FE simulation in order to improve the process scheme.Meanwhile,the cooling contraction after warm forging was considered,and the contraction volume was changed from 0.4% to 0.75% according to practical experience.The trial production has proved that the quality and precision of products could be enhanced greatly by applying the improved process.
