青藏高原冻土微生物降胆固醇作用的初步研究

摘要 为了筛选具有胆固醇降解作用的微生物,采用蛋黄培养基发酵法,对青藏高原冻土微生物的降胆固醇作用进行初步研究。从青藏高原海拔2 300~4 800 m的地区采集12个表层冻土样品,分离纯化得到164株细菌,并筛选出6株对蛋黄胆固醇具有降解效果的细菌,其胆固醇降解率分别为9.46%、9.42%、10.18%、7.79%、9.55%和9.96%。对这6株菌进行鉴定,根据其菌体、菌落形态以及生理生化特征,初步认为其中的DR-209属于爱得华氏菌(Edwardsiella),其余5株均为沙雷氏菌(Serratia)。 To obtain microorganisms with cholesterol-degraded effect,we investigated the cholesterol-degraded effect of microorganisms from frozen soil of the Qinghai-tibet Plateau by using egg yolk medium method.We collected 12 samples from surface frozen soil of the Qinghai-tibet Plateau,and six strains with cholesterol-degraded effect were screened out from 164 obtained isolates,with the cholesterol-degraded rates of 9.46%,9.42%,10.18%,7.79%,9.55% and 9.96%,respectively.Furthermore,identification of those six strains was investigated on morphometric,physiological and biochemical characteristics,the strain DT-209 is belonged to Edwardsiella,and other 5 strains are all Serratia.
