摘要
研究了氮磷肥施用量对岷山红三叶生育时期、不同生育时期青干草中异黄酮含量和各异黄酮组分的影响,以及不同生育时期红三叶青干草中异黄酮含量的变化动态。结果表明,氮磷肥分别使分枝期、现蕾期和成熟期最多推迟6、4和5 d。岷山红三叶全株中异黄酮含量分枝期最高(5.096μg/mg),随着生育时期推移,异黄酮含量呈下降趋势。A2B2(N 50 kg/hm2+P2O5120 kg/hm2)和A2B3(N 50 kg/hm2+P2O5240kg/hm2)为红三叶不同生育时期获得较高异黄酮含量的最佳施肥处理。氮磷肥施用量对岷山红三叶中各异黄酮组分有显著影响,刺芒柄花素和鹰嘴豆芽素A是岷山红三叶中2种主要的异黄酮组分。
Effects of nitrogen and phosphorus fertilizing rate on growth stage,isoflavone content and ingredients at different growth stage in Minshan red clover were studied in this paper.Results showed that application of nitrogen and phosphorus made branching,flowering bud and mature stage most delayed 6d、4d and 5d,respectively.With the development of Minshan red clover,isoflavone content decreased,and the highest isoflavone content,5.096 μg/mg,was obtained at the branching stage,A2B2 N 50 kg/hm2 +P2O5 120 kg/hm2 and A2B3 N 50 kg/hm2+P2O5 240 kg/hm2 were the optimum fertilizing rate treatment for Minshan red clover to obtain higher isoflavone content.Nitrogen and phosphorus fertilizing rate had significant influence on isoflavone ingredients in Minshan red clover.Formononetin and biochanin A were the two predomident ingredients in Minshan red clover.
