小麦秸秆与红薯藤叶混合厌氧发酵特性 被引量:12

摘要 在(30±1)℃恒温条件下,按C/N=20∶1,C/N=25∶1,C/N=30∶1的3个不同水平将小麦秸秆和红薯藤叶分别配置成2 000 mL发酵液,其总固体含量TS为8%。对3个不同水平C/N的发酵液进行厌氧发酵试验,测定厌氧发酵过程中的日产气量,pH、CH4和CO2体积分数等动态指标的变化,探究2种物料在不同C/N水平下的发酵特性。结果表明在TS为8%的条件下,C/N为25∶1水平时产气效果最佳,产气量和CH4体积分数都具有明显优势。 In the constant temperature condition of(30±1) ℃,fermentation broth,whose volume was 2 000 mL and total solid content was 8%,was a blend of wheat straw and sweet potato vine leaves,inoculum and water of 3 different levels of carbon-nitrogen ratio as C/N = 20∶1,C/N = 25∶1,C/N = 30∶1,respectively.In the process of anaerobic fermentation,the dynamic indexes such as the daily biogas production,pH value,CH4 and CO2 contents were measured to explore the anaerobic fermentation characteristics of two raw materials under different ratio.The results showed that when the total solid content was 8%,the gas production and CH4 contents in experimental group,in which carbon-nitrogen ratio was 25∶1,were the best,respectively.
