摘要 临近空间飞行器与传统航天器和航空器相比,有其突出的特点,相应地临近空间测控与信息传输系统也有其独特的要求。如何保障和适应临近空间平台的运行和应用是飞行器测控技术发展的重要课题。首先对临近空间飞行器概念内涵作辨析,然后从多方面系统地分析了临近空间测控系统的需求,研究其主要技术特征,同时提出初步解决措施。 Near space vehicle has been a new research hotspot in the field of aeronautics and astronautics because of its outstanding strongpoint. The TTC (Tracking Telemetering and Command) and communication system is a cose of information guarantee for Near Space vehicle,and how to adapt near space vehicle's requirements is an essential issue. Based on the concept and requirement analysis for the near space TTC communication system,critical issues and their solutions are discussed. The gap between domestic and overseas techniques is described.
