首乌补肾酒质量标准研究

Study on quality standard of Shouwu bushen jiu

目的研究首乌补肾酒的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱法(TLC)鉴别首乌补肾酒中的当归、何首乌;并用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定该药中何首乌的2,3,5,4'-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷含量。结果在薄层色谱中可检测出当归、何首乌;2,3,5,4'-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷在11.08～110.8μg/ml范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9998,平均加样回收率为100.9%,相对标准偏差(RSD)=0.5%。结论所建立的方法简便易行,重现性好,可有效地控制该制剂的质量。

Objective Study on quality standard of Shouwu bushen jiu.Methods To identify angelica,polygonum multiflorum in Shouwu bushen jiu by thin layer chromatography（TLC）,and determine the content of 2,3,5,4＇-tetrahydroxy stilbene-2-O-β-D-glucoside in polygonum multiflorum by high performance liquid chromatography（HPLC）.Results Angelica and polygonum multiflorum could be detected by TLC;2,3,5,4＇-tetrahydroxy stilbene-2-O-β-D-glucoside,when it was within the range 11.08 ～ 110.8μg/ml,showed a good linear relationship with peak area,r = 0.9998.The average recovery rate was 100.9%,RSD = 0.5%.Conclusion The method established is simple,reproducible,and can effectively control the quality of the preparation.
