摘要
目的建立灯盏花颗粒中野黄芩苷的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱:VydacC18色谱柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,4.5μm),流动相:乙腈-质量分数0.05%磷酸水溶液(体积比17∶83),检测波长:335 nm,柱温:30℃。结果野黄芩苷在0.022 6-0.141 1μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,r=0.999 9,平均回收率为97.56%,RSD=1.38%(n=9)。结论本方法简便、准确、重现性好,可用于灯盏花颗粒中野黄芩苷的含量测定。
Objective To establish a method for determining scutellarin in Erigerontis herba granules. Methods C18 column(150 mm ×4.6 mm,4.5 μm)was used at column temperature of 30 ℃.The mobile phase was composed of Acetonitrile-0.05% phosphoric acid solution(17∶83).And the detection wavelength was set at 335 nm.Results The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.022 6-0.141 1 μg(r=0.999 9).The average recovery of scutellarin from granules was 97.56% with RSD of 1.38%(n=9).Conclusion The method is reliable,accurate and can be used in the quantitative analysis of scutellarin in Erigerontis herba granules.
