脊柱(定点)旋转复位法配合水针治疗退变性腰椎滑脱症

摘要 目的:探讨脊柱定点旋转复位法配合水针治疗退变性腰椎滑脱症的疗效。方法:37例退变性腰椎滑脱症应用脊柱定点旋转复位法配合水针的保守治疗。结果:374例患者均获随访。原有不同程度反复发作腰痛均获不同程度缓解,疗效满意。结论:脊柱定点旋转复位,水针治疗退变性腰椎滑脱症效果满意,正确的复住手法恢复椎体微细解剖位置的变化是获得满意临床效果的关键。
