用充填式浮选机选别大鳞片石墨的研究

Research on Concentration of Large Flake Graphite with the Filling-type Flotation Machine

在同等条件下,采用充填式浮选机和普通浮选机选别大鳞片石墨矿石对比,充填式浮选机精矿品位可提高0.26个百分点,回收率可提高2.95个百分点。从开路试试验还可看出,采用充填式浮选机,整个流程可减少1~2次精选作业。

Under the same conditions,the beneficiation tests of large flake graphite with filling-type flotation machine and the traditional one are contrasted.The former can improve the concentrate grade by 0.26 %,and recovery rate by 2.95 %.From observing the open-circuit tests,one or two cleaning concentration processes can be decreased in whole process with the filling flotation machine.
