摘要
在轻质多孔基体表面复合纳米钛晶体膜,制备成一种可漂浮于液相中并可循环利用的新型光催化材料。以含羟肟酸类浮选捕收剂的模拟废水为研究对象,研究了焙烧温度、负载次数、废水初始浓度以及pH等因素对材料光催化活性的影响。结果表明,负载5次,在700℃下焙烧2 h,可得到光催化性能优异的新型光催化材料。对浓度为30 mg/L的水杨羟肟酸捕收剂光降解3 h,降解率可达83.47%。循环使用10次后,仍可保持良好的光催化活性。
A novel photocatalytic material which is light porous floatable in aquatic phase and can be recycled was prepared that composited nano-crystal film of titanium onto surface the substrate.These factors that affecting the photocatalysis have been researched in detail such as roasting temperature,coating times,initial concentration of wastewater,and pH as well with hydroxamic acid as a floatation collector.The results show that excellent photocatalytic properties of novel photocatalytic materials can be obtained when TiO2 coated five times,roasted at 700℃ for 2 hours.The degradation Rate can reach up to 83.47% as concentration of salicylic hydroxamic acid is 30mg/L and photo-degradation for 3 hours.A good photocatalytic activity is still kept as recycled 10 times.
