新型毒品所致精神和行为障碍29例临床分析

The clinical analysis of new drug-induced mental and behavioral disorders in 29 addicts

目的:探讨新型毒品所致精神和行为障碍的临床特点。方法:对2008年-2009年我所收治的因吸食新型毒品导致精神和行为障碍29例进行临床分析。结果:冰毒、摇头丸、氯胺酮均会引发精神和行为障碍;临床表现以幻觉、被害妄想、兴奋激越最为明显;症状大多在2-4周内缓解。结论:新型毒品所致精神和行为障碍临床表现类似于ICD-10-F23急性而短暂的精神病性障碍,病程超过3个月需考虑其它精神疾病。

Objective： To explore the characteristics of the symtoms in addicts with the new type of abused drugs who have mental and behavioral disorders. Methods：To analyse clinically the 29 addicts collected from 2008 to 2009 in our detoxification who had exist the symptoms of the mental and behavioral disorders. Results： MA（methamphetamine）, MDMA, ketamine all induced mental and behavioral disorders;the most obvious clinical symptoms are Hallucination, delusion of persecution or excitement; the symptoms vanished in two weeks to four weeks. Conclusion：The symptoms in patients in addicts with the new type of abused drugs who have mental and behavioral disorders is similar to those in Acute and transient psychosis（ICD-10-F23）. In addition, if the symptoms are lasting over three month we can consider other diseases existing.
