摘要
目的:对我院分离出的革兰阳性菌的检测结果作回顾性分析,为临床合理选用抗菌药物提供依据。方法:应用VITEK2全自动微生物分析仪对菌株进行培养及药敏试验。结果:6205株分离菌中革兰阳性菌占32.6%,葡萄球菌属主要对青霉素类及红霉素耐药,链球菌属主要对四环素耐药,而肠球菌属的耐药率差异较大。结论:革兰阳性菌对抗菌药物的耐药率严重,且不同菌属甚至同一菌属不同的菌种对抗菌药物的耐药率差异都很大,临床医师宜合理选用抗菌药物进行治疗。
Objective: To Analyze the positive bacteria distribution and resistance in the first Hospital of Xiamen so as to advise the dosage in clinical practice. Methods: The identification of bacteria and susceptibility test were perfomed using automatic bicanalysis-Vitek-2.Results: Of 6205 clinical isolates,gram positive bacteria for 32.6%. Staphylococcus aureus showed the high drug-resistant both Benzylpenicillin ane Erythromycin; Streptococcus aureus showed the drug-resistant of Tetracycline; but Enterococcus larger have difference resistance to bacteria. Conclusion: Gram-positive bacteria show a serious resistance .The different bacteria have a varies resistance greatly.so clinician ought choose an appropriate antimicrobial agents to treatment.
