Rural residential land consolidation,as an important means of efficient use of land is rising throughout the country wide.In the process,it existed many problems of unreasonable right adjustment in many areas,which threatened farmers＇ rights and interests and hindered the process of rural residential land consolidation.And this article will analyze the issue of land ownership from the theoretical level and put forward some measures in the end.
