摘要
笔者通过调查、回顾人力资源拍卖的多起实践活动,实证归纳了人力资源拍卖的理论内涵,总结了与人力资源拍卖的定义及相近概念的特征与实质,构建了人力资源拍卖实施的过程模型,探讨了人力资源拍卖在现实中实施应具备的各种条件和适合于应用的范围。
By reviewing the practices of human resource auction, this paper empirically summarizes its meaning and relative characters, construct the implementation model, and finally discuss on theconditions and areas for its application.
