摘要
目的研究山蜡梅Chimonanthus nitens Oliv.的化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱色谱、氧化铝柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱等方法分离纯化化合物,根据理化性质和质谱、核磁等光谱数据鉴定其结构。结果从山蜡梅Chimonanthus nitens Oliv.中分离得到8个化合物,分别是:6,7-二甲氧基香豆素(1),l-洋蜡梅碱(2),小檗碱(3),槲皮素(4),山柰酚(5),对羟基苯甲酸(6),香草酸(7),异东莨菪素(8)。结论化合物2~3,6~8为首次在该植物中分离得到。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the chemical constituents of Chimonanthus nitens Oliv.METHODS The chemical components were isolated and purified by silica gel,Al2O3 column and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography.The chemical structures were identified by spectral analyses of MS,NMR,et al.RESULTS Eight compounds were isolated and identified as 6,7-dimethoxycoumarin(1),l-calycanthine(2),berberine(3),quercetin(4),kaempferol(5),p-hydroxybenzoic acid(6),vanillic acid(7),isoscopletin(8).CONCLUSION Compounds 2~3,6~8 were obtained from the plant for the first time.
