基于重组乙酰胆碱酯酶的有机磷和氨基甲酸酯类农药残留快速检测方法的应用验证 被引量:8

Validation of rapid detection of organophosphate and carbamate insecticide residues with a novel recombinant acetylcholinesterase

摘要 目的:探讨基于重组乙酰胆碱酯的酶抑制率法快速检测有机磷和氨基甲酸酯类农药(以下简称农药)残留的效果。方法:采用快速检测法和气相色谱法(农业部标准,NY/T761-2004)对19种常见农药的标准品和16种农药加标蔬菜进行平行试验。结果:15种常见农药标准品检测限小于0.01 mg/L,16种农药加标蔬菜快速检测的总体准确率为87.5%。结论:与传统快速检测方法相比,基于重组乙酰胆碱酯酶的农药快速检测方法灵敏度较高,稳定性较强,可广泛应用于蔬菜中农药残留的快速检测。 Objective:To explore the efficiency for rapid detection of organophosphate and carbamate insecticide residues by acetylcholinesterase(AChE)inhibition assay using one recombinant AChE.Methods:19 kinds of insecticides spiked in 16 varieties of vegetables were in-parallel tested via rapid detection methods and GC/MS analysis(NY/T761-2004),which is the legislated as standard method by Ministry of Agriculture of China.Results:The detection limitations for 15 kinds of insecticide residues were less than 0.01 mg/L.The overall detection accuracy of rapid detection in 16 varieties of vegetables was 87.5%.Conclusion:Compared to the conventional rapid detection methods,the recombinant AChE-based assay described in this study had higher sensitivity and stability,which proved to be applicable in practice for rapid detection of insecticide residues in vegetable samples.
