Determination of phosphate in meat product by microwave digestion-ion chromatography method

摘要 目的:建立微波消解-离子色谱测定肉及肉制品中磷酸盐的方法。方法:肉及肉制品采用微波消解,以3.5 mmol/L Na2CO3+1.5 mmol/L NaHCO3作淋洗液,用离子色谱法测定样品中的磷酸盐。结果:该法线性范围为0.50 mg/L~40.0 mg/L,相关系数r=0.9994,检出限为0.05 mg/L,相对标准偏差为1.74%,回收率为94%~106%。结论:该方法具有简便、快速、灵敏度高等优点,是测定肉及肉制品中磷酸盐含量的可靠方法。 Objective:To establish a method for determination of phosphate in meat product by microwave digestion-ion chromatography method.Methods:The meat product were dissolved by microwave,being used the 3.5 mmol/L Na2CO3+1.5 mmol/L Na2CO3 as dip washing to separate and phosphate in them were determined by ion chromatography.Results:Linear range for the determination of phosphate was 0.50 mg/L~40.0 mg/L.The correlation coefficient was 0.9994.The detection limit was 0.05 mg/L,with the RSD of 1.74%.The recovery rate of spiking standard for total phosphate was in the range of 94%~106%.Conclusion:The method is good in precision and recovery.Besides it is easily operated.The detection of phosphate in meat product by microwave digestion-ion chromatography method.
