不同材料试管对隐形眼镜护理液消毒效果影响研究

Sterilization effect of contact lens care solutions with tubes of different materials

目的:研究使用不同材料试管后对隐形眼镜护理液消毒效果的影响。方法:采用悬液定量杀菌试验方法。结果:护理液在使用玻璃试管和聚丙烯塑料试管进行试验对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌的平均杀灭率均>99.90%,对白色念珠菌的平均杀灭率均>90.00%。结论:使用不同材料试管进行杀灭试验对同种试验菌的杀灭效果存在差异,但比较接近。

Objective：To study the sterilization effect of contact Lens care solutions with tubes of different materials.Methods：A quantitative suspension method was used for this test.Results：No matter with glass tube or polypropylene tube,the care solution average killing rates of Escherichia coli and Staphylocoddas aureus are both higher than 99.90%,the average killing rates of Candida aibicans are both higher than 90.00%.Conclusion：Using different material tubes,the sterilization effect on the same kind of test organism is varied,but which is near to each other.
