女性生殖道支原体感染及药敏结果分析

Female reproductive tract infection of mycoplasma and analysis of drug sensitivity

目的:了解本地区女性生殖道支原体感染及对抗菌药物的敏感状况,给临床用药提供参考依据。方法:回顾性分析2006年6月-2009年10月临床送检的660份女性泌尿生殖道分泌物标本支原体培养及药敏试验结果。结果:①支原体培养总阳性率为36.96%,其中解脲支原体(Uu)为31.82%,显著高于人型支原体(Mh)的1.68%和Uu+Mh混合感染的3.48%(P<0.01);②10种抗生素体外敏感率前三位的是多西霉素(DOX)、米诺环素(MIN)、克拉霉素(CLA),分别为96.72%、92.21%、88.52%,壮观霉素(SPE)耐药率最高为76.23%;③Uu合并Mh感染相比单纯Uu感染耐药率最高、耐药范围扩大,其中克拉霉素(CLA)、罗红霉素(ROX)、阿齐霉素(AZI)耐药率增高明显。结论:对于泌尿生殖道支原体感染,应重视支原体培养及药敏试验,根据药敏结果选择治疗药物,合理使用抗生素。

Objective：Understanding of the region in female reproductive tract infection of mycoplasma and antimicrobial sensitivity of the situation,provide some references to the clinical use of drugs.Methods：A retrospective analysis from June 2006 to October 2009 submission of the 660 clinical female urogenital specimens secretion mycoplasma culture and drug susceptibility test results.Results：① mycoplasma culture positive rate was 36.96%,of which ureaply urealyticum（Uu） to 31.82%,significantly higher than that of people with mycoplasma hominis（Mh） 1.68% and Uu＋Mh mixed infection of 3.48%（P0.01）;② 10 antibiotics in vitro is more sensitive to the rate of the top three West doxycycline（DOX）,minocycline（MIN）,clarithromycin（CLA）,respectively,96.72%,92.21%,88.52%,spectinomycin（SPE） resistance rates of up to 76.23%;③ Uu merger Mh infection resistant than simple infection of the highest rates of Uu,resistance to extend,in which clarithromycin（CLA）,roxithromycin（ROX）,azithromycin（AZI） resistance rates increased significantly.Conclusion：Mycoplasma infection,mycoplasma should pay attention to culture and sensitivity test,according to susceptibility results of the choice of treatment drugs,rational use of antibiotics.
