枣阳地区高三学生乙肝病毒感染情况分析

Analysis of hepatitis B virus infection in high school seniors in Zaoyang area

摘要 目的:了解枣阳地区高三学生乙肝病毒感染状况,为乙肝的防治提供理论依据,保护学生的身体健康。方法:采用酶联免疫吸附实验(ELISA)对2002年-2009年枣阳地区58296名高三毕业学生进行乙肝表面抗原(HBsAg)的检测,并将结果进行统计分析。结果:2002年全地区高三学生乙肝表面抗原阳性率为8.3%,以后呈明显下降趋势,到2004年下降至6.53%,然后感染率保持在6.4%左右;2003年与2002年阳性率对比差别无统计学意义(χ2=1.54,P>0.05),2004年阳性率比2002年减少了1.85%,对比差别有统计学意义(χ2=13.58,P<0.01),随后五年阳性率对比差别无统计学意义(P>0.05),城市感染率低于乡村,对比差别有统计学意义(χ2=25.27,P<0.01)。结论:枣阳地区高三学生乙肝病毒感染率2002年-2004年三年内呈逐年下降势态,随后五年内维持在一个稳定水平,整个地区高三学生乙肝病毒感染率低于全国平均水平,其中农村感染率要高于城市,这应引起当地政府足够重视,加强农村基础医疗建设投入,提高对感染性疾病的防护水平。 Objective:To understand the Zaoyang region of hepatitis B virus infection in high school,in order to provide a theoretical basis for prevention and treatment of hepatitis B to protect the health of students.Methods:Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) for the region from 2002 to 2009 Zaoyang 58296 third year graduate students in hepatitis B surface antigen(HBsAg) detection,and the results for statistical analysis.Results:The high school seniors across the region of hepatitis B surface antigen positive rate in 2002 was 8.3%,after showing a downward trend,in 2004,fell to 6.53%,and infection rates remain at around 6.4%;in 2003 compared with the positive rate in 2002 was no difference statistically significant(χ2=1.54,P0.05),in 2004 positive rate of less than in 2002 of 1.85%,a statistically significant difference(χ2=13.58,P0.01),followed by five years,compared the positive rate was no significant difference(P 0.05),urban infection rate lower than rural areas,a statistically significant difference(χ2=25.27,P0.01).Conclusion:The high school seniors Zaoyang region of hepatitis B virus infection within three years from 2002 to 2004 a declining state of affairs,followed by five years,maintained at a stable level,high school seniors throughout the region of hepatitis B virus infection rate below the national average,where infection rates in rural areas should be higher than the city,which should arouse enough attention to the local government to strengthen the building of rural basic health care inputs,improve the anti-infectious diseases.
