摘要
目的:通过对广安市6类食品中沙门菌、单增李斯特菌、肠出血型大肠埃希菌EHEC0157:H7、金黄色葡萄球菌、副溶血性弧菌污染状况调查,初步确定可能污染上述致病菌的高危食品,为本地区突发食源性致病菌引起的公共卫生事件调查提供实验室科学依据。方法:随机抽取本地区有代表性的6类食品,依据国标方法,对样品分别进行沙门菌、单增李斯特菌、肠出血型大肠埃希菌0157:H7、金黄色葡萄球菌和副溶血性弧菌分离、生化及血清学鉴定。结果:6类食品827份样品,共检出致病菌141株,总检出率17.1%;其中分离沙门菌51株,检出率6.2%;单增李斯特菌66株,检出率7.9%;金黄色葡萄球菌14株,检出率1.7%;副溶血性弧菌8株,检出率0.97%;EHEC0157:H72株,检出率0.24%。结论:广安市6类食品均存在一定程度食源性致病菌污染,其中生肉和生鲜牛奶是主要污染食品,单增李斯特菌和沙门菌是污染食品主要病原菌。
Objective:By Guang′an six types of food Salmonella,Listeria monocytogenes,intestinal hemorrhagic Escherichia coli EHECO157:H7,Staphylococcus aureus,Vibrio parahaemolyticus contamination investigation,a preliminary identification of potential the above-mentioned high-risk pathogen contamination of food,food-borne pathogens in this region caused by sudden public health events of scientific basis for laboratory investigations.Methods:The randomly selected representative of the six categories in this region of food,based on national standard method,the samples were carried out Salmonella,Listeria monocytogenes,intestinal hemorrhagic Escherichia coli EHECO157:H7,Staphylococcus aureus and parahaemolyticus Vibrio Isolation,biochemical and serological identification.Results:The six categories of 827 food samples,a total of 141 pathogens were detected,the total detection rate of 17.1%;of these isolated Salmonella 51,and the detection rate of 6.2%;Listeria monocytogenes 66,and the detection rate of 7.9%;Staphylococcus aureus 14,and the detection rate of 1.7%;Vibrio parahaemolyticus 8,and the detection rate of 0.97%;EHECO157:H7 2 strains,and the detection rate of 0.24%.Conclusion:The six types of food in Guang′an have a certain degree of contamination of food-borne pathogens,including raw meat and milk is the main contaminated food,Listeria monocytogenes and Salmonella bacteria are the major pathogen contamination of food.
