摘要
考虑到水轮发电机转速较慢、极数较多,实现功角精确测量较为困难,提出一种既满足特征大齿又满足均匀齿的测量方法。该方法充分利用齿与齿之间的机械加工误差,寻找出匹配的齿间距,同时采用频率跟踪方法解决了初相角校验时易受频率扰动影响的问题,解决了各种类型齿下直接法测量功角的精度问题。介绍了该方法的总体思路和软件流程,给出了在浙江天荒坪抽水蓄能电站中的功角测量记录曲线,测量结果令人满意。
In view of the relatively slow rotary speed and relatively large number of poles of hydro power generators,also considering the difficulties in realizing accurate measurement of power angle,an accurate power angle measurement method is proposed to handle the special characteristics associated with the large teeth and the uniform teeth. The new measurement method can make full use of the mechanical errors between the two teeth to obtain the matching space width. It also uses the frequency tracking method to solve two problems associated in the measurement process: (1) the measurement is sensitive to the frequency disturbance in the initial phase angle verification stage,and (2) the power angle measurement accuracy difficulties with direct measurement method for various types of teeth. The general idea and software flowchart of the method are introduced. The power angle measurement curves recorded in Tianhuangping pumped storage power station in Zhejiang Province are given with satisfactory measurement results.
