正常人群aVL出现变异性Q波的研究

Analysis of Abnormal Q Wave in Lead aVL in Normal Subjects

目的分析正常人群心电图aVL导联出现变异性Q波的影响因素。方法回顾性分析1873例正常或大致正常心电图，所有入选者均无心血管病史，分析不同年龄段、不同性别aVL导联出现变异Q波的情况，以及伴随P波、T波等的变化特点。结果①aVL导联出现变异性Q波的发生率为1153％，不受性别影响。②aVL导联出现变异性Q波的发生率随着年龄的增长呈明显下降趋势，40岁后趋于稳定，维持较低水平（6％左右）。③其中有45％伴随P波倒置，明显高于无变异性Q波者。④aVL导联T波倒置率较低。结论正常人群中avL导联存在一定比例的变异性Q波，随年龄增大逐渐减少。

Objective To investigate influence factors of abnormal Q wave in lead aVL in normal subjects. Methods ECGs from 1 873 normal subjects without any history of cardiovascular diseases were analyzed retrospectively for detecting abnormal Q wave and associated changes of P and T waves in lead aVL. Results The average incidence of abnormal Q wave in lead aVL was 11.53% and not influenced by sex. The incidence of abnormal Q wave in lead aVL decreased along with aging and to about 6% in subjects older than 40 years of age. Inverted P wave in lead aVL was seen more in subjects with （45%） than without abnormal wave Q in lead aVL. Inverted T wave was infrequent in lead aVL, Conclusion Abnormal Q wave in lead aVL may be seen in younger normal subjects and appears to decrease with aging.
