肾功能减退对2型糖尿病患者胰岛功能评估的影响 被引量：2

The impact of renal hypofunction on islets β cell function evaluation in patients with type 2 diabetes

摘要 对635例肝功能正常的2型糖尿病患者按肌酐清除率（Ccr）分组评估胰岛功能的相关指标。发现随着肾功能的减退，C肽的血浓度增加，而尿C肽的排泄量减少（P〈0．05）。结果显示肾功能减退影响胰岛功能的评估。 The impact of hypofunction of kidney on evaluating of islets β cell function in patients with type 2 diabetes was investigated. 635 type 2 diabetic patients with normal liver function were grouped using Cockcroft-Gault. Following the decrease in kidney function, blood C-peptide concentration was increased with decreased urinary exeretion of C-peptide（P〈0. 05）. It is proposed to pay an attention to renal function while evaluating islets β cell function in the patients.
