落实加强住院患者口腔护理的干预效果

Outcomes of the interventions for strengthening the management of inpatients oral care

目的总结落实加强住院患者口腔护理的干预效果。方法 建立专门的口腔护理督导小组,强化口腔护理理论和技能学习,制定口腔护理操作规范流程及评价标准。科室按规范完成定量自查任务,督导小组定期进行全院检查督导,对结果进行小结、排序。结果与2008年相比,2009年全院住院患者口腔护理质量有明显提高。护理人员对护理督导组提出的加强落实的措施认同度较高。结论所采取的加强口腔护理落实的管理措施是规范、有效的。

Objective To summarize the outcomes of the interventions the management of inpatients oral care.Methods We established a special team of supervisors and guiders,strengthened learning about the theory and technical ability of oral care and made the standards for operation procedure and evaluation. Each nursing department completed the quantitative self-check tasks according to the criteria,which was checked and guided periodically by the supervisor team.The results were summarized and sequenced.Results Compared to those in 2008,the quality of inpatients oral care in 2009 was remarkably improved and a highly agreement of nursing staff to the interventions given by the supervisor was obtained as well.Conclusion The interventions taken for strengthening the management of inpatients oral care are canonical and effective.
