提高甘薯茎尖分生组织培养成苗率的研究

Study on Increasing the Plantlet Ratio of Tip Meristem Culture of Sweetpotato

以豫薯7号、豫薯8号等品种为试材，研究了甘薯茎尖分生组织第二次培养时生长调节剂和温度对培养成苗的影响。结果表明，适宜茎尖分生组织培养成苗的温度为25～28℃。附加GA3lmg·L-1和IBA0．5mg·L-1的MS培养基可使茎尖分生组织培养成苗率提高11％～17％．平均成苗天数缩短7～10d。

Yushu 7 and Yushu 8 were used to study the effect of growth regulator and temperature on culturing seedling when sweetptato tip meristem was cultured the second time. The result showed that the suitable temperature was 25~ 28C, the MS medium supplemented with GA3 1 mg·L3 l and IBA0. 5mg.L-1 could increase tip meristem culture plant let ratio to 11% ~ 17% and reduce average plantlet time by 7~10 days.
