摘要
针对352E型凿岩台车故障诊断困难的问题,设计了基于专家系统的故障诊断软件,构建了系统总体框架,探讨了深浅知识混合模型,并利用Access建立了故障诊断知识库;根据电控、液压系统不同的故障特点,分别设计了推理机制,并实现了以询问方式进行的交互式诊断。最后,采用Visual Basic6.0开发了故障诊断软件。
Aiming at the diff iculties in diagnosing the fault of 352E drilling jumbo, the fault diagnosis software was designed based on expert system. The overall frame of system was built and the model of blending abstruse and plain knowledge discussed. Then, with a fault diagnosis knowledge base established with Access, the inference engine was designed respectively according to features of various faults in electric control and hydraulic system, and the interactive diagnosis was realized by means of enquiry. Finally, fault diagnosis software was developed with Visual Basic 6.0.
