摘要 对φ3.2m×3.1m格子型球磨机进料部结构及其在使用中存在的问题进行了详尽的分析,对进料部进料衬套结构与紧固方式、联合给矿器结构和进料端盖保护方式提出了有效的改进措施。实践证明,改进后的进料衬套紧固牢固,安装方便,有效地减少了联接螺栓松动、撸丝甚至螺钉断裂情况,联合给矿器的寿命得到了显著提高,进料端盖得到了有效保护。 The structure of φ3.2 m×3.1 mlattice-type ball mill and the problems existing during employment were analyzed in detail, and the effective measures proposed for improving the structure and fastening form of feeding bush of feeding assembly, constitution of combined feeder as well as the protection style of feeding end cover. The practice proves that improved feeding bush was fastened firmly and mounted easily, as well as the loosening of connection bolts, misplaced thread and even cracking screw effectively decreased, thus the feeder lifespan remarkably increased and the feeding end cover was effectively protected.
