为了提高设备管理与维修的现代化水平,对鞍钢矿山选厂球磨机的滚动轴承和齿轮进行了振动状态监测。根据测点振动参数是否超标来判断设备的运行状态,通过频谱及振动波形对齿轮振动异常进行了故障分析。

In order to improve the management and maintenance modernization of equipments, the vibration status of roller bearings and gears of a ball mill in a concentrator of Anshan Iron Steel Group Corporation were supervised. According to whether the vibration parameters at measuring points exceeded the limit to judge the operation status of ball mill, and the abnormal vibration of gears was analyzed with frequency spectrum and vibration wave shape.
