摘要
针对新型BGRIMM系列充气式自吸浆浮选机KYF-50的特点,对浮选槽矿浆液位控制系统进行了分析、探讨。根据工艺要求,提出了控制方案,介绍了系统的控制算法及其软件开发,并阐述了液位控制系统的开发和应用情况。
According to the characteristics of new type inflatable and self-sucking KYF-50 pulp flotator of BGRIMM series, the liquid level control system of flotation tank was analyzed, and the control scheme proposed as to technical requirements. In addition, the control algorithm and software development of the system were introduced, as well as the development and application of the liquid level control system was expounded.
