振动筛横梁断裂原因的探讨及处理方法

随着我国矿业开采技术的发展,越来越多的振动筛已用于对物料进行筛分,但是有些振动筛在短时间运行中出现了横梁断裂的现象,从而影响了生产。对横梁断裂的外在和内在因素进了分析,阐明了断裂原因,避免了横梁断裂,并给出了横梁断裂的处理方法,此方法在工程应用中取得了良好效果。

More and more vibration screen has been used for material separation along with the development of domestic mining technology. But broken crossbeams occasionally occur after a short operation period, which affects production. In this paper, the external and internal factors affecting the crossbeam break-ing were analyzed and the breaking cause expounded, so as to avoid the crossbeam breaking. In addition, the treatment for the crossbeam breaking was offered, by which excellent application effects has been obtained in works.
