摘要
目的探索正常青年人,气导听性稳态反应(ASSR)的反应阈特性及其与纯音听阈之间的关系。方法 51名受试者,双耳纯音听阈测试各频率听阈在20dB以内。ASSR测试时,双耳8种不同调制声信号同时给予,每个强度的测试时间上限设定为9min,记录阈值结果。各频率阈值等数据采用SPSS统计软件分析。结果 (1)ASSR反应阈高于纯音听阈;(2)频率间经单因素方差分析无统计学意义。(3)阈上比阈值时达到正性反应需要更长的检测时间,二者经单因素方差分析,有统计学意义(F=67.520,P=0.000)。结论气导听性稳态反应具有频率特异性,是一个有临床实用价值的客观听阈测试方法。
Objective To explore the characteristics of auditory steady-state response(ASSR)threshold in normal-hearing adults and the relationship between ASSR threshold and pure tone auditory(PTA)threshold.Methods The ASSR of 51 normal-hearing adults(102 ears)was recorded.Simultaneous carrier tones(0.5,1,2,and 4 kHz)modulated in amplitude and frequencies were presented binaurally(77,85,93,and 101 Hz for left ear and 79,87,95,and 103 Hz for right ear).The response thresholds were determined automatically.Data were analyzed with SPSS 13.0 statistical software by one-way ANOVA.Results In the normal-hearing adults,ASSR thresholds were above PTA thresholds.No significant difference in the thresholds was found among different frequences of tones.It took more time to reach the positive response at the thresholds than over thresholds.Conclusion The ASSR is a frequency specific,objective,and valid technique for threshold estimation.
