Satoyoshi综合征并发胃肠道穿孔死亡1例并文献复习

Satoyoshi Syndrome Died of Gastrointestinal Perforation,One Case Report and Literature Review

目的探讨Satoyoshi综合征患者胃肠道症状的临床表现及原因。方法报道世界上第1例并发胃肠道穿孔死亡的病例,阅读国内外已发表的文章,并进行归纳整理。结果 Satoyoshi综合征患者的胃肠道症状主要表现为腹泻,纤维结肠镜检查多无异常,纤维胃镜可见胃黏膜萎缩,十二指肠黏膜可见散在小的白色颗粒样改变。结论约半数的Satoyoshi综合征患者有胃肠道症状,主要表现为腹泻,与慢性吸收不良有关。长期慢性吸收不良导致胃肠道黏膜萎缩变薄,胃肠道容易发生穿孔。

Objective To explore the gastrointestinal symptoms and the reasons of Satoyoshi syndrome patients.Methods Report the first case which died of the complication of gastrointestinal perforation in the world.Review the published articles and synthesize them.Results The gastrointestinal symptom of Satoyoshi syndrome mainly manifests diarrhea.Fibercolonscope examination usually manifests normal,and the fibergastroscope examination manifests atrophic gastric mucosa,the small white particles scatter on the mucosa of duodenum.Conclusion About half of Satoyoshi syndrome patients have gastrointestinal symptoms,mainly manifests diarrhea on account of chronic malabsorption.The long term malabsorption leads to gastrointestinal mucosa＇s getting thinner and perforating easily.
