人肺癌A549细胞对水不溶性镍化合物摄取作用的实验研究
Studies on the Uptake of the Water-insoluble Nickle Compounds by Human Lung Cancer A549 Cells
摘要
用不同浓度的水不溶性氧化镍(NiO)和二硫化三镍(Ni3S2)分别处理人肺癌A549细胞,并在不同时间点(0、6、24、48h)用光学显微镜和电子显微镜观察人肺癌A549细胞对水不溶性镍化物的摄取状况。光镜与电镜均观察到人肺癌A549细胞摄取镍化物颗粒时形成的吞噬小泡。此试验证明细胞对水不溶性镍化物的摄取是通过细胞内吞作用实现的。
