插层型DAP/MMT纳米复合材料的制备

Preparation and Properties of Intercalated DAP/MMT Nanocomposite

摘要 制备了邻苯二甲醚二烯丙酯/蒙脱石纳米复合材料(即DAP/DK1),并研究了该复合材料的热学及力学性能。用X射线衍射(XRD)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、热重分析(TGA)、静力学测试(ST)及动态热力学分析(DMA)对复合材料微观结构和性能进行了表征。结果表明所制备的复合材料具有有序插层的结构,层间距与有机蒙脱石(DK1)的含量无关,为3.90 nm。当DK1的含量达3%时,弯曲强度及冲击强度达最大值,比纯固化树脂分别提高了36.7%及30.4%,复合材料的热学性能略优于纯固化树脂。 Diallyl phthalate/montmorillonite nanocomposites(i.e.DAP/DK1) were prepared and their thermal and mechanical properties were investigated.The microstructure and properties were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),Transmission electron microscopy(TEM),thermogravimetric analysis(TGA),static testing(ST) and dynamic thermomechanical analysis(DMA).Results show that the nanocomposites form an orderly intercalated morphology,with a basal spacing of 3.85 nm unaffected by the organic montmorillonite(DK1) loading.The flexural and impact strength attain maximum at DK1 loading of 3%,with an increase of 36.7% and 30.4%,respectively,with respect to the cued neat DAP resin,while the thermal properties of nanocomposite improve marginally.
