Tribo-electrochemistry Performance of 1Cr18Ni9Ti Stainless Steel in H_2O_2 Solution

摘要 在MMW-1立式万能摩擦磨损试验机上设计了高浓度H2O2溶液的专用腐蚀电化学测试装置,对比研究了1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢在纯水和90%H2O2溶液中的摩擦学性能和电化学性能。对比分析了摩擦系数、磨损量、摩擦副的磨损表面形貌以及电流密度的变化规律。结果表明,在2种不同的介质中,不锈钢的摩擦学性能和电化学性能存在着明显差异;高浓度H2O2溶液在磨损过程中对不锈钢材料具有类似化学抛光的作用,导致腐蚀磨损表面较为光滑。 This research investigates the tribological and electrochemistry properties of 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel under the environment of hydrogen peroxide(H2O2) solution.A special electrochemistry measuring system was developed for corrosion testing in H2O2 solution using MMW-1 wear tester.The comparison analysis of the friction coefficients,wear mass loss,worn surface topographies and current densities was conducted under pure water and 90%H2O2 lubrication.The results show that there is significant difference in the tribological and electrochemistry properties of 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel between pure water and 90%H2O2 solution.Moreover,90%H2O2 solution played a chemical-polishing like role in the wear process of 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel,resulting in the smoothening of corrosion wear area.
