电动汽车驱动电机的碰磨失效研究

Driving Motor Failure in Impact-rub Caused by Vibration of Electric Vehicle

摘要 针对典型电动汽车的驱动电机与前驱动桥整体式驱动系统,建立了两自由度耦合振动模型。考虑系统的陀螺效应、路面的不平度激励、驱动电动机激励的作用,研究车载驱动电机由于振动产生的转、定子碰磨失效现象,给出了电机转子的陀螺角、电机振动响应与定、转子间气隙的关系,并建立失效分析模型以及进行了可靠性分析,得到了理想的数值分析结果。 It is considered that coupling vibration of drive system with driving motor and drive-axle of electric vehicle,the model of four-freedom-degree pendulum vibration is established.The influence of gyroscopic effect,road surface roughness,and switched reluctance motor excitation on electromotor is analyzed,the rotor-stator impact-rub phenomenon of electromotor on vehicle caused by electric vehicle vibration is researched,and the relation among gap of rotor-stator and gyroscopic angle,electromotor vibration response is presented,and failure model of systems is established,and reliability analysis is researched.Perfect numerical results are obtained.
