摘要
实时检测各单片电池电压对通常由几百片电池串联组成的质子交换膜燃料电池汽车发动机意义重大。针对现有的燃料电池单片电压巡检系统均存在的不足,作了简要分析,并设计了一种利用通道管理单元对单片电池进行分组,在同一时刻使得有且仅有一个小组在线,依次循环顺序切换各小组,从而实现整堆单片电压分布式检测的通道管理式巡检系统。该系统在精度高,实时性好,稳定性强的基础上,具备成本低,体积、质量小,功耗低,易布局等优势,并已成功用于武汉理工大学研制的80 kW燃料电堆。
PEMFC is in series with several hundreds of single cells,and detecting the chip voltage online is one of the criteria in evaluating fuel cell performance.Existing fuel cell voltage inspection systems have some deficiencies.In this paper, a brief analysis of the existing system has been made.The author also designs a channel-managed cell voltage monitor system which uses Channel-managed unit to separate the signal-chip into groups.At the same time makes only one group online and cycle followed by switching the order of the group,and then achieves the whole stack voltage single-chip distributed detection.Compared to the existing system,the new system has some advantages,such as low cost,small size,small mass,low power consumption,easy to layout,and it has been successfully used for the development of the Wuhan University of Technology 80 kW fuel stack.
