摘要
针对某整车制造厂冲压车间生产计划效率低的现状,建立了eM-Plant仿真模型,并对不同的冲压车间生产计划进行了模拟运行。通过对比模型生成的统计数据,评价各种生产计划的好坏,包括瓶颈工位分析、节拍分析、资源利用率分析和工时分布分析等。仿真结果提高了生产计划的合理性和科学性,为实际生产运行提供了有效的指导。
This paper builds the eM-Plant simulation models of all the press lines of an automobile factory,and then simulated runs different production plans of press shop.Finally,it evaluates the production plans based on the statistic data,which are produced by the models,including analyzing bottle-neck of work station,productive tact,resource utilization,process time distribution and so on.The simulation study under eM-Plant offers effective guides for the actual production reasonably and scientifically.
