自旋玻璃材料中弛豫机制的理论解释

Theoretical Explanation on Relaxation Mechanism in Spin Glass

摘要 基于Ising自旋玻璃模型,讨论自旋玻璃体系中自旋发生反转的条件,并讨论自旋玻璃体系发生磁化强度驰豫存在临界温度Tc和临界磁场hc,得到了当h<hc和0<T<Tc时自旋玻璃材料磁化强度的驰豫公式。同时证明了在lnt/lnt0近似为1的情况下,这个公式与文献报道的磁化强度弛豫公式一致。 According to Ising spin glass model,the condition of spin-flip in spin glass is discussed.The critical temperature Tc and critical magnetic field hc are also analyzed when magnetic-relaxation occurs in spin glass.Under the conditions of hhc and 0TTc,the equation of magnetic-relaxation in spin glass is obtained.Moreover,this equation coincides with the result in the pulished references when ln t/ln t0 is approximately equal to one.
