摘要
针对半刚性基层使用性能及寿命欠佳的现状,进行整体大厚度水稳碎石基层层间状态对路用性能的影响研究。在室内设计从完全连续到光滑四种典型基层层间状态,进行水稳碎石基层路用性能测试及分析,综合路用性能加权分析结果表明:基层层间不利状态的普遍存在降低了结构层使用性能。此外,ANSYS软件模拟计算结果表明,加大上基层铺筑厚度使层间位置的下移可明显降低层底弯拉应力,提高基层使用寿命。
The service performances of Semi-rigid base are not good enough,we study the effect by inter-layer states in whole and thick cement stabilized aggregate base.In the interior,we design four representative typical kinds of inter-layer state in base from totally continuous to smooth,then analyze the test effect to cement stabilized aggregate base by the above-mentioned four inter-layer states.Weighted simple of comprehensive base performance show that: widespread adverse states in base reduce its performance.Besides,ANSYS software simulation results show that: increasing the thickness of upper layer can lower the location of the layers in base,so we can significantly reduce the tensile stress in the bottom of base and enhance fatigue of base.
