摘要
微表处混合料破乳成型以后,改性乳化沥青残留物的性质是影响道路质量的重要因素,因此,乳液残留物性能的检验是世界各国共同关注的问题。汇总分析了大量国内外相关文献及技术标准,并对几种改性乳化沥青的性能及微表处混合料的路用性能进行了试验研究,结果表明:我国规范对于改性乳化沥青残留物的检验项目偏少,难以对乳液质量起到有效的控制作用;残留物的弹性恢复、粘韧性及韧性、60℃动力粘度指标与微表处的路用性能具有良好的相关性。残留物的粘韧性及韧性指标越高,微表处混合料低温抗裂性能就越好,弹性恢复能力越强,动力粘度越大,微表处混合料的抗车辙能力越强。建议我国将弹性恢复、动力粘度、粘韧性、韧性等技术要求逐步列入相关规范。
After the micro-surfacing demulsification and the pavement forming,the properties of the modified asphalt emulsion's residues are the important influence factors on pavement quality,so the emulsion residues performance testing is common concerned all over the world.Analyzed a lot of related literatures and technical standards at home and abroad,and then did experimented research on several modified asphalt emulsion's properties and micro-surfacing pavement performance. The research results indicating that our country's specification have difficulty to control the emulsion's quality effectively because the testing items on modified asphalt emulsion's residues are less.Elastic recovery,toughness and tenacity as well as 60 ℃ dynamic viscosity of the residues have a good relationship with micro-surfacing pavement performance.The residues' toughness and tenacity is higher,the micro-surfacing's low temperature crack resistance are better;and the bigger the residues elastic recovery ability and the dynamic viscosity are,the stronger the micro-surfacing's rutting resistance is.Suggest list elastic recovery,dynamic,toughness and tenacity in our country's related specification gradually.
