摘要
利用动力有限元软件AUTODYN 3D对不同截面形式的圆钢管混凝土在小药量爆炸荷载作用下的动力响应进行了分析。研究证明了钢套管能有效降低入射进核心混凝土的爆炸应力波;空心钢管混凝土的空心率与含钢率对抗爆性能有较大影响,不同截面相同测点位置的压力与振速随空心率与含钢率的增大而减小;钢管混凝土中空心部位能起到部分阻隔爆炸应力波传播的作用,有利于限制核心混凝土破碎区的扩展。
By using the dynamic finite element software AUTODYN 3D,the dynamic response of circular concrete-filled steel tubes with different forms of cross-section are analyzed.The research proves that the steel casing can effectively reduce explosion stress wave which entry into the core concrete.It also shows that the hollow ratio and steel ratio have a greater impact on anti-blast performance of hollow concrete-filled steel tube.The pressure and velocity of the same position in different cross-section forms of concrete will decrease while the hollow ratio and steel ratio increase.The propagation of the explosion stress wave can be separated by hollow part and it is in favor of restrictions for the expansion of crushing zone in core concrete.
