摘要
对活齿端面谐波齿轮的啮合过程进行了深入分析,发现啮合副采用非对称齿形,能够增加同时参与啮合的活齿数,提高传递的功率。继而对活齿端面谐波齿轮非对称齿形啮合副的结构进行了研究,提出了4种可行的非对称齿形活齿,并在此基础上,推导出了非对称齿形啮合副正确啮合的结构条件,最后验证了非对称齿形啮合副在该结构条件下传动比的恒定。
The engagement process of the end face harmonic gear drive of oscillating teeth is analysed intensively,and the results show that the engagement pairs use nonsymmetrical tooth form,the number of simultaneously mashed teeth and the carrying capacity of drive are increased.Then the structure of non-symmetrical tooth form drives of engagement pairs of the end face harmonic gear drive of oscillating teeth is researched,four advisable non-symmetrical teeth forms of oscillating teeth are given.On this basis,the meshing structural condition of nonsymmetrical tooth form of engagement pairs is deduced,and the instantaneous speed ratio is proved to be invariable.
